I seriously thank God for the salvation of my soul and that of my whole family .

On the 7th of January 2024 my Dad passed on to glory at the age 88 after a brief illness, that happened to be my daughter’s 10th year birthday and also first Thanksgiving of 2024, it was a rollercoaster of emotions.
It was at a time I was trying to recover from a financial crisis after being a victim of employment scam which left me penniless and in serious debts, I remember asking God why now and why me.
In the midst of all this, my mum whom I have never seen hospitalised in my life couldn’t walk properly without assistance and in pain on her shoulder and chest, by the time we got to the hospital they didn’t let her go back home. She was diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis blood clots scattered in her lungs. This happened on a Saturday and on Sunday morning before going to the hospital to give her food I ran to church. Sis Ejiro my head of department called Pastor Leke Jayesimi and Minister Roseline to pray with me and gave me holy communion to give to my mum.
Within days after the holy communion she was discharged and declared fit to fly .
What surprised the doctors was the speed of her recovery.
I want to thank God that in my father’s long years he didn’t bury any of us his 5 children neither did he bury any of my cousins he trained.
We all travelled to Nigeria safely and are all back safe and sound.
When I and my siblings put ourselves on a one month prayer and fasting, one of our prayer points was for a favourable weather and God showed up, on our way from Lagos to Sagamu where we laid him to rest it was raining cats and dogs but getting to the entrance to Sagamu not even a drop from start to finish.
I was worried I wouldn’t be able to do my own part for the ceremony due to the situation I found myself but again God raised helpers , my friends gave me 4 cows, Bola Folaa my friend from our own Victory House rendered her ushering services and represented Victory House well.
My ushering department and friends gave me cash gifts before travelling even after I came back I’m still receiving cash gifts.
It was a case of e o je aje yo, e o tun di lo le. There was more than enough food and drinks.
God indeed is faithful.
