I am thanking God for averting evil for my husband. He came from work( still goes to work as a key worker) and he complained that something entered his eye while at work. We initially thought that by blinking his eyes after a while, it will go, but that was not the case. He was crying as he was in much discomfort and pain. He could not use the eye effectively and suddenly the eye was reddish.

I initially did not know what to do, as medical services have not been readily accessible during this period. Thank God while praying, I had the idea to call an optician and by God’s favour, the lady I spoke to, immediately made it possible to speak to the lead optician at work and he asked my husband to come over after having a video conference with us and he saw how urgent he needed help.

To God be all glory, the particle in his eye was removed by everting his upper lid and he was given some eye drops to help. Thank God, it does not result in an urgent surgery or the loss of his eye. He is fine. All glory to God.
