The Same Career Interests & Fellowship (SCIF) is one of the ministries of Victory House in London. The vision is to ensure every member develop the character of Christ by walking in His footsteps and reflect the truthfulness and integrity of Christ at our workplace.
Our goal is to provide caring support to members during career transitions. We desire to encourage, equip and empower you to become all that God wants you to be. The Same Career Interests & Fellowship provides ministry and support to anyone in a work life transition. Discover your God-given gifts and find a career that is right for you. We offer prayer support in an enabling environment, encourage the exchange of information and ideas and the sharing of resources.
We provide consultation and training for skill development, job search development to include CV development, job search techniques, networking and interviewing techniques. We provide career assessment, including consultation on discovering your spiritual gifts, talents, interests, experiences, and potential career options.
The Fellowship will result in a substantial improvement in the level of career interaction and provide a single source of accountability within the church for career fellowship. In summary we provide assistance to support you in finding a job.
